I got god right by my side

In this life when everything ends

Worrying not about this world

The beginning of my story yet untold

Not giving up no matter how turbulent the waves

I’ll fight and fight day by day

Till my last breath I will pray

I will remember the struggles that got me here today

Laugh, mock, belittle, or shame

I know my story is mines’ to maintain
